I recently replaced my wall flip switches and wall outlets in my bathrooms to have them match the faceplates that were installed. I had to use a wire stripper to expose the copper, but in having done so I ended up breaking my wire stripper. I mentioned it to my co-worker and he suggested a wire stripper you can do with one hand. I followed through with his suggestion and it was worth every penny. The tool is strong enough to easily strip CAT6A wire without taking out the foil.
